良い指導者から礼儀を学んでいるか否か。礼節を欠く人間に良い仕事が出来るわけがなく、家族を大事に出来ない人はクライアントも、自身が産み落としたデザインすら大事に出来ないはず。礼節、プライオリティの序列を重要視し、その先にスキル・伝達力試験（丁寧さ・敏速さ・引き出しの量）を査定します。
